Converter behavior:

Protocol-agnostic: Converted URLs work for both HTTP and HTTPS
Wildcards: * patterns are preserved for flexible matching
Query parameters: Patterns ending with = automatically get * appended (e.g., ?affiliate= becomes ?affiliate=*)
Comments and separators: Inline comments (# text) and EasyList separators (^) are automatically removed

Converter limitations: Not all EasyList rules can be converted to AWAGAM format. The converter will skip:

IP addresses and partial IP patterns (e.g., 192.168.1.1, 142.91.159.)
Element hiding rules (##, ###)
Advanced filter options ($permissions, $removeparam, $rewrite, etc.)
Path patterns without domains (.php, .gif, /ads/)
Domain wildcards (example.*/path—only *.tld wildcards supported)
File extension wildcards (*.php, *.gif—these are not TLDs)
